I had to contact Wayfair regarding pillow shams.. both had ripped.. customer service was excellent and I received a full new duvet set x still to use this and can comment how this one is layers

So glad I purchased my Silentnight ribbed faux fur duvet set. Its really warm comfy plenty big enough for my kingsize bed looks very chic, very reasonable priced too.
