[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research, we decided to order the Hybrid Luxe Mattress and it has not disappointed. After using it for one week my lower back pain has gone and my body feels fully rested and supported. The mattress has a medium plush feel and as a side sleeper it feels very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Simba Luxe is an excellent quality mattress but, in my opinion, it won't suit everyone. I physically tried many different mattresses before selecting this one including the whole Simba Hybrid and Tempur ranges. I was specifically looking for the sweet spot between top contouring comfort that relieves pressure points and chronic pain and deeper support for musculoskeletal alignment. I have to do this as i've had multiple spinal and knee surgeries and have suffered from chronic inflammatory pain exacerbated by pressure points while sleeping for many years. I personally get an "ahhhh" moment when lying down on the Luxe as I feel my pelvis and shoulders sink in to the soft top layer and have a comforting sensation of being 'held'. However, my partner who doesn't have a back problem feels it's too soft. I definitely agree that when we both lie on the mattress together our combined weight together does make it too soft even for me. So I would say the Luxe is really only for people who 'need' pressure relieving top contouring because of pain issues. Otherwise you may well prefer the Pro or Ultra. I also think you absolutely must physically try the mattresses before you buy because in my opinion there's a huge difference in feel between the Hybrid Pro, Luxe and Ultra mattresses. It will quickly become apparent what offers the best balance between support and comfort for you, depending on your individual needs. One thing that I was slightly disappointed with was the supposedly 'optimal cooling' of the Luxe, which hasn't prevented me from feeling hot at night even with low 20+ degree ambient temperatures. Also this is a deep mattress, so make sure you have appropriately deep bed sheets. My existing fitted bedsheets ride up and come undone, which is really annoying, as i've had to spend quite a lot replacing them. Overall, i'm not sure there is a perfect mattress for me as I have a few physical issues to contend with but I am very happy that I bought the Simba Luxe. It's only been a few weeks and i'm still adjusting to it, but I absolutely have less pressure point related pain since switching. Also the mattress was delivered quickly and the unboxing and taking away of materials and my old mattress was a straight forward experience.
