Disastrously bad! What the hell even is this? Both pillows have holes in them AND both have brown stains. One is completely misshapen and looks like a deformed marshmallow. They call it "medium support" but there is NO support at all. It's just a bag of air. The moment your head touches the pillow it squashes to barely an inch thick, and is constantly trying to push back against you. So if you lift your head off the pillow it expands back to full size and smooshes itself against your face.
