This mattress is terrible for anyone with back or hip problems. It's described as 'soft' but it's actually really hard and we wake up in a lot of pain. Thankfully, the stress free 100 night trial means we can return it. That's the great thing about Wayfair, they make everything so simple and there's never any hassle.

Said it was soft but it came firm and has caused me problems since i have been sleeping on it. It has softened a little bit but i will be returning this. May be better for heavier people.

Fantastic very comfortable mattress for my son. Not many options available out there for soft mattresses in a double size, so this was perfect, firm enough for an adult, but soft enough for a weightless kid.
