it’s lovely and soft but not too soft as I have a bad back , had a super nights sleep. This is the part why I have only giving 2 stars. There is nothing cool about this mattress, it’s like it holds the heat, it’s just too much and summer has only just started. I will have to buy a new mattress as can’t do no sleep all summer. Not that I can afford another one
