Dreadful! Wrong colour received and quality is poor! Cheap looking!

The towels I ordered where charcoal they are brown I am in the process of changing the colour scheme in my bathroom so I have kept them they are lovely quality just not what I ordered and has cost me more money to buy items the same colour (bath mats and such) that’s why I gave 2 stars. Please see photo attached on the left the towel on the right my charcoal dressing gown.

So soft and look just like the picture I’m so happy with them I would highly recommend buying them
