I have searched high an low for a SOFT mattress, cant seem to find one for adults, when I came across this one,well I was beyond excited, says firmness level is soft, NO its rock hard!!!! To say that Im disappointed is an understatement! Im fuming!! Its a good quality mattress actually, although certainly not soft. A picture of the mattress wont make it soft!!!
