It described as medium soft but I found it way too soft and uncomfortable, no support whatsoever! I don’t know about others, but I use bed not just for sleeping but for sitting too, to read or to simply watch the TV. If I sat in the middle, I sank very deep, if I sat on the edge, I slided off the bed. While sleeping I also was falling out of the bed. If I tried to sleep closer to middle next to my partner, every time he moved, I was bouncing. I guess it’s ok if you use it just for sleeping, and if you sleep alone and in the middle. Maybe good for teenagers? In any case I do not recommend it. I have returned the mattress and have to say that Wayfair customer service was amazing! The process went fast and smoothly. It took 1 week to return it and money refunded next day after collection.

Lovely and comfy. Daughter was worried about parting with her old mattress but said she has slept great!

Good mattress. Although a lot softer than I thought it would be. Ok for a child/ teenager I guess.

What a total bargain! If you like cloud like beds this is for you! My daughter LOVES it! It arrived vacuum packed so easy to get up the stairs! Snip the packaging and out it pops! It’s like a big cuddle sleeping in it! She absolutely loves it!
