The mattress comes rolled up in a box, and as such is compressed really small. once we got it out on the bedframe, we thought we'd got the wrong size as it seemed too big for the frame! however, I soon realised that as it was compressed it would expand upwards and inwards, which it took a couple of days to do! it took a while to get used to, but once it 'beds in' it’s very comfortable. Great value for this level of comfort!
