Absolutely nothing wrong with the mattress but the delivery service just dropped it at the door while we were home and never even tried to contact us, the mattress sat in the rain for an hour in the open, thankfully the wrapping prevented any damage.

Overall quality of mattress not as good as expected. Medium firm which is nice but loses its firmness at the ends top and bottom and isn't as sturdy.

The mattress itself seemed very thin, but I did not fully unwrap it since it appeared damaged on delivery. The big problem with this was not down to Wayfair, but down to the courier. Firstly, a delivery slot was e-maied. This was then cancelled at the last minute. The following day hey claimed that they tried to deliver. This was not true. The third day they did deliver. The packaging was filthy and had holes in it. The return was even worse. Three times the courier claimed that they tried to collect it. On all three occasions I was in, downstairs and clearly within earshot of the front door. On the second occasion I was actually in the front garden. Finally, Wayfair agreed to send a competent courier. They turned up the following morning. Wayfair seem to sell some nice stuff at reasonable prices but, whilst they persist in using a courier who seem unable to tell the truth, I will not shop there.
