Faunsdale Symple Stuff Pillow Top Pocket Sprung 4000 Mattress

this is the third mattress in as many months now I sleep, and sleep, and sleep.

This is a very heavy mattress (53kg) which on face value looked to be a strong medium to firm bed. Unfortunately it lost its shape within days….a large dimple in the sleeping position appeared. This made for an extremely hard surface to sleep on even with the pillow topper. The outer edges kept its spring but this enhanced the cradle shape in the centre of the mattress. Very disappointing as the bed it laid on was a new purchase from Wayfair also which I am very happy with but sadly I am having to wait now for a replacement mattress so as to get the full benefits of a good nights sleep. This disappointment is compounded now with the stress of paying for a new mattress prior to the unsatisfactory mattress being picked up before a refund can be paid.

I wondered about the pillow top because I didn't know what it was not having heard of them before. The mattress is firm but with the pillow top soft and very comfortable.
