A very well made mattress. Delivery was quick and packaging was excellent. Only reason it’s a 4 star is because ordered a ‘firm’ but it’s not as firm as I would have liked.

Firm as I expected,my daughter has scoliosis and she said she really sleeps well on it and feel rested in the morning,it was feeling a little bit hard for the first two nights but after that everything is fine,she got used with the new mattress ,she keeps sayid that I did a good job choosing this mattress.

Lovely, comfortable mattress. Looks amazing & waiting for my son to come home to see his new revamped room & to sleep on the mattress.

Unfortunate not firm. Delivery and product great, just not to my liking. Return process all good and in order.

Delivery took over 2 weeks, when advertised as next day delivery. Miss selling quick delivery when not possible. Not as advertised mattress, ordered a firm received a very soft unable to sleep on mattress as it possible to feel springs and foam is too thin. Awful with too regular weight adults, falling into each other. Unable to get a reply for refund from messages to customer services and paypal messages unanswered so disappointed. I am a hospital working nights and and now sleeping on an air mattress as it is firmer than this “orthopaedics bed” Not as advertised. Hard to get ahold of staff to put it right for a refund.

This was quick delivery and is a very good comfortable mattress

Considering that I messed the order up good and proper it all fell into place and my daughter whom it was for was very pleased and has said it was so comfortable she’s had some good night sleep.thanks to the lady who sorted it all out for me bless her and to the gentleman who helped aswell. Service on phone was marvellous and I thank them for sorting it all out for a silly woman( that’s me )
