Poor quality. This is exactly how I got this item from this website. How come With so much market competition you should serve customers better. No item should be sent by you with such gross defects. And at the end of the day you charge us £5 to return an item that costed me £25 as if the mistake is mine.

Great after a shower absorbing and good quality

The robe I sent for was advertised as having a hood but the one that sent had no hood. I am returning it as I wanted a hood and the robe that was sent was very damp and so was the packaging. The size was very large but the sleeves were so long they nearly reached my knees! hence the return

Very soft and great quality. Bout it for my boyfriend and he really likes that it has a good and it doubles as a robe as well!
