I would class this mattress as firm! Returned as way too hard.

Just right, not too hard, not too soft. Lovely quality

This mattress is amazing,took a few days to get use to it but after that its great.Really comfortable and moulds to your body.I myself suffer from inflammatory arthritis, so struggle to get comfortable but since getting this mattress a few weeks again I have slept so much better ,would definitely recommend to anyone with joint pain and mattress goes really well with the new divan bed base we also bought .

Delivery was faster than I thought.. although the mattress itself was in sealed packaging the outter box looked alot worse for wear. Not actually slept on mattress yet. But it looks as described
