The product is good but the delivery is not upto expectations, I was told they would call prior to delivering both my mattress and bed frame, both occassions they delivery the items outside in the rain. The bed frame was lifted over my gate and dropped in my rear garden. Not impressed as I am pushing on in age so this has caused me massive inconvenience to ask for additional help from other to lift them in from outside.
