I still haven't received my mattress ordered just the frame came and has call again

We had to return it. Due to the fact that maybe on our side we’ve ordered the wrong size as we ordered two mattresses and and a double bed, some mistake made, I don’t know.However, when it came we realised this mattress was wrong. I contacted the company who gave me a huge problem to return it. On top of that, I was charged £20 for the return.

So far, feels comfy after 1 month
