Firm but not as comfortable as I would have expected.

This was bought for a family (gave me the money back), whose mattress had seen better days. They've enjoyed many restful nights on this new mattress and topper l also bought from Wayfair. As sometimes they get limited amount of sleep caring for 3 severe autistic children, but at least those few hrs on a proper mattress are restful and comfortable.

Purchased for lady with bad back. Very supportive and comfortable

It is probably worth noting that it did not come in a box as described, so it was difficult to get upstairs as it is very deep. Much softer than i was expecting.
