Mattress comes with no box, have dirty spot, looks like not brand new , have quality problem as well, too soft, not comfortable, return it next day immediately. Overall return items was smooth and I have received my money after a couples of days later

Packaged well. Easy to handle and not as bulky as expected. Not as firm as advertised but still decent quality.

Good value for money, I would have liked it a little firmer, but on the whole, I get a good night's sleep.

It's not great. Definitely not medium-firm or orthopedic. It's soft and has no support on the outer edge. It's firm enough for a child but not for an adult.

Very comfortable had the best sleep in a while!
