This was a replacement from a medium firm to a medium. Unfortunately, one of the ends was crushed in (inner part of roll), looks like bottom layer has detached from the top layer. Also the off-gas is very strong. My theory is that it has been in storage too long.

Arrived in good condition and early. Mattress itself is quite firm. I would not call this medium from comfort point of view. A little disappointed to be honest, as its only for the spare bedroom will keep.
