arrived in a a rattie old box, clearly already opened with a bit of plastic sheeting on. very disappointed with Wayfair for selling such substandard products. Every mattress I have bought in the past has been properly wrapped and has not already been opened. No one wants to sleep on a pre-opened mattress when they have bought and paid for one.

It is good for what we needed but it did come faulty with bit of one of the corners ripped and missing. Other than that all good.

Very hard defiantly not as described did want to send back but emailed and got no reply to I give to the charity shop definitely would not recommend

This mattress topper by white noise is so comfy delivered well packed without any creases at all, very low smell considering it’s memory foam I’m impressed. This is the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time so would definitely recommend.

Mattress topper is very firm and good quality.but a bit a bit smelly
