Wayfair offered a great service from the purchase to return and refund. In terms of the mattress, I would not recommend it. It came rolled in the plastic so needed to air it for a few hours once opened so it gets the right shape. It was springy, lumpy and not comfortable altogether. It goes almost flat when sitting on sides of it. Feels like cheap student accommodation mattress to me. However impressed by Wayfair customer services.
