Most amazing mattress and so comfortable expecially at the price

It’s much softer than described and I watched A LOT of your videos to choose the right one for joint pain and comfort. It’s very very soft and I ordered to go with the small double bed I ordered. The mattress doesn’t fit the bed well at all and it moves around on the bed frame because it’s so soft and not sturdy. I’m not sure if your advert videos are correct and as I said, I watched a lot to choose the right one. It should have been medium / firm according to the video but it’s really quite soft. . 100 days to try it out according to your chat-bot so hopefully all will be well for the person we bought for. I would hope that there wouldn’t be a return cost seeing as your advertising was incorrect. It is very deep and the person is ok at the moment. You CAN however feel the springs which is very very disappointing. I looked for many hours hoping I’d picked correctly according to your videos.

Brilliant for what I need , comfortable and well worth the money
