Mattress had ripped not even had it a month

Sadly the mattress, which in itself seemed fine, was not supplied as stated in the online specifications (in a box) and so was unusable because it could not be transported into the necessary and had to be returned.

The mattress is wonderful! The delivery was AWFUL, a van arrived outside my house a young man got out he was 25ish while the driver ,an elderly man stayed sat behind the steering heel he was 76 according to the younger man and couldn't help because he had bad knees and legs. Then it got worse as the young man had nothing with him to bring my new KINGSIZE MATTRESS up to the house so my husband who is 74 had to help him manhandle it up to the house. They lent it up against the house and with that the young man made a swift retreat back to the van and they were off never to be seen again. I was now stuck with a very heavy mattress leaning up the side of my house. With it starting to rain the only option I had was to call my son-in-law who was at work at the time. So all in all it was a very very bad experience. I would think twice next time
