I have a bad back(SI joint is always in pain) and needed a firm mattress. This does its job, good quality. I’ve been sleeping a lot better. Other comments said it might be too firm but I think it’s perfect for healthy spinal alignment.

Pocket sprung base adapts and absorbs weight for back & body support . Insulating pads around the springs hold them in place and prevent the sleeper feeling them.
