I reached out to Wayfair customer services after ordering a mattress for my 6 year old daughter and they have essentially refused to help me, despite my order being missing and confirmed by DHL that they didn’t deliver it to my address. No signature was obtained either. The issue arose in regards to our delivery after I placed an order for a mattress for our 6 year old daughter. Unfortunately my order hasn’t arrived after being left in an unknown foyer and I have reported this to the police as par instruction from Wayfair. I emailed them confirmation of this, with a reference which they request from me and also called several times to ask what I should do. Wayfair have been really terrible to my daughter and have let us down. Do not order.

Had a bad experience with that purchase. Mattress came in a wrong size first of all. And secondly-was very uncomfortable. Body was lifted up, but head was way down. Didn't like it at all. Luckily custom service sorted out return very quickly, but had to wait for new mattress another 2 weeks, from different brand. So, had a frame bought, but no mattress...was very inconvenient.

Issues with delivery but sorted by staff at wayfair. It is boxed and I let it expand for 2 days but and that’s a big BUT, I woke up in agony for 3 days and decided I had tho return it. If you have problems with your back, this mattress will NOT help you.

Bought for my daughters birthday and she loves it, can't get her out of bed in the morning.

Yes arrived today super quality but not slept on it yet
