About This Product

Our firm foam orthopaedic mattresses is an ideal choice for those suffering from a bad back and requiring a firmer sleeping surface. In our experience and based on the feedback that we have received from our customers with common back ailments, the preference to sleep on a ‘harder’ or less flexible sleeping surface is unanimous, in fact most doctors and therapist agree that people with back pain seem to feel and sleep better on firmer surfaces and as a result generally recommend firm orthopaedic type mattresses as a long term solution, although it is not always the case and individual / personal preference has always to be taken into consideration. Orthopaedic mattress benefits include: a luxurious soft feel cover adds the benefit of being hypoallergenic. No moving parts - a great alternative to sprung mattresses. Dust mite resistant - ideal for allergy sufferers. Helps promote good blood circulation and can aid sufferers of bad back. We advise customers to open the mattresses as soon as possible and rotate regularly for even wear.

Features

COOLING GEL COMFORT LAYER: Individually wrapped pocket springs adapt to your body while the gel foam layer contours to shoulders and hips, cushioning pressure points for a cooler, more comfortable night's sleep.
8-LAYER ENGINEERED CONSTRUCTION: Breathable quilted cover, gel comfort layer, ultra-firm polyester filling, Topaz insulator pad, Adaptive Core pocket springs and a reinforced fibre base combine for lasting support and durability.
MEDIUM FIRMNESS FOR SPINAL ALIGNMENT: Sits at medium on the firmness scale, supporting the natural curve of the spine at the head, shoulders, lumbar, hips, knees and feet for balanced support all night.
MOTION ISOLATION AND ROLL PROTECTION: Pocket springs isolate movement between sleepers, and the design helps prevent roll-together, so couples sleep undisturbed even with different body weights.
