I received this bath mat today and was very disappointed to find that one side was longer than the other. It is supposed to be 120cm long but it only measured 113cm on one side and 117cm on the other and had clearly been cut wrongly. I contacted customer services who insisted that I had received the correct item and that it wasn’t faulty, basically calling me a liar! They were not prepared to send me a replacement.
