Delivery drivers very polite and kept in touch via phone on the day. I agree with reviews about being a 2 person effort and the instructions could be better. This is a lovely looking bed and sturdily made. The grey is lovely and subtle and looks great with grey carpet. Daughter can’t wait for the new duvet sets I’ve ordered (with Wayfair).
