It was delivered flat by Panther (despatched ahead of original 29/1 schedule) and my only regret was not getting it taken upstairs due to Covid as it is quite heavy. It’s deep and raises the height of my bed quite significantly which is what I was looking for. It is softer than I was expecting but ok so far for sleeping on. Hi this mattress come rolled up, when open for 72 hours to expand, i found this mattress just right for me not to soft and not to hard just right, but i found the cool blue foam top layer to be to cold for me, but thay make the same mattress with just normal reflex foam, i will order this one,.
