This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. This mattress support to ease back, neck, and joint pain as well as improving circulation. Individual pocket springs mean movement on one side of the mattress doesn’t affect the other side. Very good mattress, solid and durable. You need to get used to it and give it time to break in because at first might seem like it’s very hard and flat but after that it’s super comfy. The product is a total disappointment-3 months after purchasing it, the middle of the mattress has developed a severe dip in the middle, possibly due to collapsed springs, resulting in back pain/ posture problems. This is THE MOST COMFORTABLE mattress I have ever had in my entire life and I am ancient! It is of the highest quality and, at this price, represents really excellent value for money. It is at the higher end of the firm scale which suits me very well being supportive without being too harsh or leaving me feeling like I have slept on a board. Quite unusually, there was no 'getting used to' this mattress as there can be sleeping with a new one. Within seconds of getting into bed for the first time with the new mattress, I knew it was a good purchase. I cannot believe how well it retains its shape and looks immaculate after the longest of kips. Also, for some reason neither the fitted sheet or the duvet, duvet set and quilt move at all during the night, the bed hardly needs made at all every morning. I have been sleeping SOOOOOO much better with this mattress on my bed, genuinely getting a better quality of sleep, sleeping longer and not continually waking through the night. With its own plush padded thick quilted top the appearance is most inviting. The company is responsive and helpful and extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. One week into sleeping on our new mattress and I am sleeping well and my back feels much better. I’m not getting up in a morning unable to move due to stiffness!
