I purchased this as a replacement for my old mattress which was abit too 'firm' for my back . I went with this one because my partner has the same one but king size rather than superking. It's so comfortable, I feel like I sink into it without actually doing so and get a much better night's sleep .. Hannah. St Helens. Mon Nov 02 2026

Pillowtop mattresses take sleeping comfort to the next level by including an additional top layer of padding in a sumptuous pillowed top section. This will help to evenly distribute your weight across the mattress making them great for any sleep position. This means front, back or side sleepers can benefit from the additional levels of support offered by the pillow top. Our pillowtop mattresses are handcrafted in our own factory using a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology to create a luxuriously comfortable and long-lasting mattress. Our cashmere 1000-pocket pillowtop features 1000 individually pocketed springs for a superior level of support across the whole area of the mattress. As the springs can move independently of each other this makes the mattress great for people with restless partners as it stops you from rolling together and will help prevent you from feeling them move on the other side of the mattress. The top of the mattress is padded with a natural cashmere and wool blended which helps to regulate temperature meaning the mattress will not get too hot. This is supplemented by an airflow system with vents on all sides to expel warm and moist air. With traditional side support and generous side stitching, the mattress will keep its shape even when you are sitting on the edge. As with all traditional fillings, the mattress will feel slightly firmer at first and should over the course of a couple of weeks settle into a medium feel.

It took a while to deliver and I was even delivered the wrong size at one point however Wayfair customer service was amazing which is why I keep coming back. The mattress is very comfortable and a massive improvement over my previous memory foam mattress. I honestly think it's because it's more natural. My sleep has improved and my hip pain lessened almost immediately. I find the mattress to be the ideal balance of support and comfort. There is a smell off the mattress which hasn't completely evaporated yet, I don't find the scent unpleasant but I grew up next to a farm so I may have a higher tolerance than most to natural odours. I would quite happily recommend this product obviously the mattress is quite new so I can't speak to the longevity of it although I do hope it does me for some time to come.. Lorraine. Airdrie, GB. Very good mattress, solid and durable. You need to get used to it and give it time to break in because at first might seem like it’s very hard and flat but after that it’s super comfy. Was sceptical at first because it felt really different to my previous mattress and felt too bouncy but once you get used to it it’s really nice to sleep on. It’s definitely mid- firm. I’d say give it a try if you’re thinking about purchasing…. Veronica. Fife, GB. Sun Mar 23 2025

The mattress offers you luxurious comfort, giving you a superb night’s sleep. All our mattresses come vacuum packed and boxed for extra convenience. Sleep easy, so achieve that good night’s sleep that you deserve. Remove the inner plastic wrap and wait for the magic to happen. In 2 hours it's good and in 24 hours. It's great!

Absolutely in love with this mattress, it’s thicker than I expected and super comfy! Definitely worth the money. Only down side for me was he delivery, it came quicker but as it’s boxed and I love up 1 set of stairs the drivers wouldn’t lift it up the stairs for me. It was physically far too heavy for me to lift on my own, so It had to stay at the bottom of my stairs for hours until a family member could come and help. This was my only issue everything else was brilliant.. Anonymous. Sun Feb 13 2022

Thanks to the impressive combination of pocket springs and a series of foam layers, the wonderful Cool Comfort is the key to a better night’s sleep. The 800 pocket springs are a game changer - transforming everything you’ve previously thought about a supportive bed. Unlike many spring bases, each spring in the Cool Comfort reacts independently from one another and follows movements. A series of foam layers allows for that cloud-like surface you’ve always dreamt of. With this in mind, you can expect to sink into wonderful slumber every time your head hits the pillow.

This is THE MOST COMFORTABLE mattress I have ever had in my entire life and I am ancient! It is of the highest quality and, at this price, represents really excellent value for money. It is at the higher end of the firm scale which suits me very well being supportive without being too harsh or leaving me feeling like I have slept on a board. Quite unusually, there was no 'getting used to' this mattress as there can be sleeping with a new one. Within seconds of getting into bed for the first time with the new mattress, I knew it was a good purchase. I cannot believe how well it retains its shape and looks immaculate after the longest of kips. Also, for some reason neither the fitted sheet or the duvet, duvet set and quilt move at all during the night, the bed hardly needs made at all every morning. I have been sleeping SOOOOOO much better with this mattress on my bed, genuinely getting a better quality of sleep, sleeping longer and not continually waking through the night. The only downside is that it it is so comfy and cosy I never feel like getting up in the morning! I would recommend this product without hesitation or any caveats. Best wishes to all!. David Gordon.
