Seven layers, one feeling: weightless. The Emma Original Elite sits at the top of the Original range, built around AirGrid® — a hyper-elastic polymer layer in a honeycomb structure that does two things nothing else in the range does. It lets air pass through thousands of open channels freely, no graphite, no gel, just passive cooling that works all night. And it bounces back the moment you move, so you're never stuck or working harder to shift position. Below it, Airgocell® foam keeps humidity moving, MemoryAdapt foam contours to your shoulders, hips and lower back, and SupportBase holds the whole structure steady. The core is a 7-zone pocket spring system covering your head, neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees and feet individually. At 27 cm tall with a medium soft feel (2/5), this is the most cushioned mattress in the range and the one most side sleepers reach for. The cover is a step up too: 64% polyester, 36% Tencel, thicker than the standard Emma cover and noticeably softer to the touch. Fully removable and machine washable at 40°C. NBF approved. UKFR certified. Try it for 100 nights. Not right for you? Returns are handled through Wayfair. The 10-year guarantee covers all foam and spring layers. T3 Platinum Award. Good Housekeeping Institute Approved 2026.

Hypoallergenic and anti-dust mite fillings, together with anti-bacterial properties, help support a cleaner and more hygienic sleeping surface. This is a single-sided mattress, so there is no need to turn it over. Simply rotate it regularly from head to foot to encourage even wear and help maintain long-lasting comfort. For convenient delivery and easier handling, the mattress is vacuum-packed, rolled and boxed using our in-house compression technology. For best results, unpack the mattress within 7 days of receipt. As vacuum-packed mattresses do not feature reinforced side supports, prolonged sitting on the edge of the mattress is not recommended.

Our budget recon foam mattress is great value for anyone who is looking for a firm mattress and does not like the feel or warmth associated with memory foam, or the bounce that comes from springs. Recon foam is a non-reacting foam and therefore provides great orthopaedic support to the body. This silent mattress is suitable for all bed types. Single-sided mattress - please do not turn. Vacuum packed and rolled for easy delivery and transportation. Please note: once unrolled the mattress requires up to 72 hours to fully expand and reform to its original shape. The additives used in the manufacturing of foam may give rise to a slight odour. If this should occur, please remove all packaging and store it in a well-ventilated room for 48 hours. The odour is safe and will dissipate over time.
