Bit disappointed to be honest ! Another wrong item delivered, thats now 3 wrong items received ! Whilst I appreciate your efforts to resolve, I keep receiving a Hand Towel, not the Bath Towel I ordered.
Your stock system seems to have an error embedded, where the warehouse picks a hand towel, not a bath towel. See the bar code attached, this ia definitely a hand towel, not a bath towel. Someone will phyisically need to check that the bath towel size before dispatching. Hopefully you can resolve on the next attempt.
