This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. Over the course of the next few hours it grew until it was 30cm deep. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Very good value for money. I cannot fault this mattress at all. Me and my partner both suffer of back ache, therefore it was really important to find a mattress that could give us enough support. The delivery was faster than expected and unpacking the mattress was easy too. Weve left it on the bed for 48 hours so it could take its shape back properly and we just woke up form a very pleasant night sleep!! Its just the best mattress I have been on so far!, I could literally feel the mattress modelling under my body and supporting it in the right places.
