I had to chase the order up with Wayfair but I received it the Nxt day. At the mo its late flat on floor for 48hrs but its only been 20 hours and you can already see the difference. It looks like its going to be very thick. The lady on Wayfair was very helpful and looked into it as it was supposed to be delivered Thursday and this was Friday and evri had not even received it yet so she was going to sort it out her side on the Saturday it arrived .
