This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. Over the course of the next few hours it grew until it was 30cm deep. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Very good value for money. I cannot fault this mattress at all. Bought this due to lower back pain. Was a little unsure if it would be firm enough, but its great, i would describe it as medium/firm. It arrived well packed in plastic and was easy to manoeuvre upstairs, it opened up easily, I placed it onto the frame after 48 hours and have now slept on it for a week. Not had 1 single pain. Very good price and even if it lasts only a couple of years, I've got a bargain and I know that a change of mattress was all that was needed. Our cashmere 1000-pocket pillowtop features 1000 individually pocketed springs for a superior level of support across the whole area of the mattress. As the springs can move independently of each other this makes the mattress great for people with restless partners as it stops you from rolling together and will help prevent you from feeling them move on the other side of the mattress. The top of the mattress is padded with a natural cashmere and wool blended which helps to regulate temperature meaning the mattress will not get too hot. This is supplemented by an airflow system with vents on all sides to expel warm and moist air. With traditional side support and generous side stitching, the mattress will keep its shape even when you are sitting on the edge. As with all traditional fillings, the mattress will feel slightly firmer at first and should over the course of a couple of weeks settle into a medium feel.

It took a while to deliver and I was even delivered the wrong size at one point however Wayfair customer service was amazing which is why I keep coming back. The mattress is very comfortable and a massive improvement over my previous memory foam mattress. I honestly think it's because it's more natural. My sleep has improved and my hip pain lessened almost immediately. I find the mattress to be the ideal balance of support and comfort. There is a smell off the mattress which hasn't completely evaporated yet, I don't find the scent unpleasant but I grew up next to a farm so I may have a higher tolerance than most to natural odours. Very good mattress, solid and durable. You need to get used to it and give it time to break in because at first might seem like it’s very hard and flat but after that it’s super comfy. Was sceptical at first because it felt really different to my previous mattress and felt too bouncy but once you get used to it it’s really nice to sleep on. It’s definitely mid- firm. Absolutely in love with this mattress, it’s thicker than I expected and super comfy! Definitely worth the money. Only down side for me was he delivery, it came quicker but as it’s boxed and I love up 1 set of stairs the drivers wouldn’t lift it up the stairs for me. It was physically far too heavy for me to lift on my own, so It had to stay at the bottom of my stairs for hours until a family member could come and help.
