Bought this due to lower back pain. Was a little unsure if it would be firm enough, but its great, i would describe it as medium/firm. It arrived well packed in plastic and was easy to manoeuvre upstairs, it opened up easily, I placed it onto the frame after 48 hours and have now slept on it for a week. Not had 1 single pain. Very good price and even if it lasts only a couple of years, I've got a bargain and I know that a change of mattress was all that was needed. Very comfoirtable and exactly what we needed. This firmness rating was recommended for multiple different sleeping positions and my daughter is very wriggly.
