This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. Over the course of the next few hours it grew until it was 30cm deep. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Very good value for money. I cannot fault this mattress at all. Bought this due to lower back pain. Was a little unsure if it would be firm enough, but its great, i would describe it as medium/firm. It arrived well packed in plastic and was easy to manoeuvre upstairs, it opened up easily, I placed it onto the frame after 48 hours and have now slept on it for a week. Not had 1 single pain. Very good price and even if it lasts only a couple of years, I've got a bargain and I know that a change of mattress was all that was needed. Absolutely in love with this mattress, it’s thicker than I expected and super comfy! Definitely worth the money. Only down side for me was he delivery, it came quicker but as it’s boxed and I love up 1 set of stairs the drivers wouldn’t lift it up the stairs for me. It was physically far too heavy for me to lift on my own, so It had to stay at the bottom of my stairs for hours until a family member could come and help. Although this was an open box item, the condition is very good. I researched it carefully and know that it's well made of quite natural materials.
