Bought this due to lower back pain. Was a little unsure if it would be firm enough, but its great, i would describe it as medium/firm. It arrived well packed in plastic and was easy to manoeuvre upstairs, it opened up easily, I placed it onto the frame after 48 hours and have now slept on it for a week. Not had 1 single pain. Very good price and even if it lasts only a couple of years, I've got a bargain and I know that a change of mattress was all that was needed. We ordered this mattress with some doubts as we couldnt try before buying it, although the reviews on here are overall positive. Me and my partner both suffer of back ache, therefore it was really important to find a mattress that could give us enough support. The delivery was faster than expected and unpacking the mattress was easy too. Weve left it on the bed for 48 hours so it could take its shape back properly and we just woke up form a very pleasant night sleep!!
