Very good mattress, solid and durable. You need to get used to it and give it time to break in because at first might seem like it’s very hard and flat but after that it’s super comfy. Was sceptical at first because it felt really different to my previous mattress and felt too bouncy but once you get used to it it’s really nice to sleep on. It’s definitely mid- firm. Very comfy, though I had tried out the similar 3000 spring version in a showroom yet came onto Wayfair for the good price. Noticeably firmer than my previous mattress, but has a comfy top and keeps warmer sleepers cool. Requires a thick threaded sheet to cover, as else the tencel top is visible through the sheet.
