It has a double insulated 13.5-gauge open coil spring unit at it’s core, which is topped with a layer of polyester comfort fillings, a layer of visco-elastic memory foam and finally the brick design quilted Cooltouch panel. It has a white quilted damask border in a diamond design. To get the best from your new mattress, we recommend rotating it regularly from end to end.
