Great item and just what I was looking for. Using as a work chair in a home office and had been suffering from back pain using a very unsuitable chair, repurposed. Item was an open box item so at a really great price and only slightly over my original budget. All components were well packed and I would not have known that this item had been previously sold(?). Instructions to assemble were very clear, although it was too large to get into the office due to limited width of the entrance. A little disassembly and it went in fine! Quality great, and no damage at all that we could find. Comfortable and has a great range of recline to almost flat! It is like a business class airline seat!
