We never had a tall drying rack. Had the accordion horizontal ones for years. Decided to get smarter about our dryer and hound this using AI. So far it very good. Able to hang long dresses. I bought this for my boyfriend who was living like a bachelor before he meant me. Upon first use, it was already broken, which is completely unacceptable. The material feels very fragile and brittle, and it definitely doesn’t seem built to last. This is a very poor product. You screw metal screws into plastic. Inevitably the plastic cracks. Mine was basically useless by the time I had finished building it. This product is a fantastic invention. It is a super space saving item For your garden and can be mounted on a wall or fence. Pull the line out and attach it at the other and when you are finished just unclip and let the washing line retract back into the housing unit. Save space in your garden with no need for a permanent washing line or ground fixed airer.

I ordered 2 of these. At first only 1 turned up but Wayfair rectified that without any hassle. The second item duly turned up but it was faulty.
