I bought this for my boyfriend who was living like a bachelor before he meant me. Upon first use, it was already broken, which is completely unacceptable. The material feels very fragile and brittle, and it definitely doesn’t seem built to last. This product is a fantastic invention. It is a super space saving item For your garden and can be mounted on a wall or fence. Pull the line out and attach it at the other and when you are finished just unclip and let the washing line retract back into the housing unit. Save space in your garden with no need for a permanent washing line or ground fixed airer.

Bought two of these, one of them had different nuts on than the other and didn't want to stay on, i messed about with it and is ok for now, the other one had better nuts on and they screw on properly.
