I bought this last month as a birthday present for my wife I was not a big fan of spa’s/hot tubs but I have to say I have loved the whole experience. The getting the chemicals right initially was a challenge but didn’t take long to master. I purchased the Lazy Spa Florence to replace another brand. I have to say that I am beyond thrilled. So easy to install, incredibly great quality. Installing the iights underneath was very simple and the massage jets are amazing. I have added the salts and they just make the whole experience amazing.
