There is some damage in the product when i receive it. But overall good with three useful under bed draws. The bed is a bit too high for children under 1.5m. There is no spare screws and parts.

Hello Unfortunately I’m very disappointed this time,my husband opened the box to screw up the bed for my my daughter , and as you can see on the Attached photos two pieces of wood are broken. Please contact me ASAP to solve this problem. I never have to complain so I’m not sure this is the right way to do so. I appreciate if someone Guide me in this matter. Kind regards izabela Wroblewska
