Bed was damaged and they sent me out a replacement thankfully I kept hold of damaged one as the replacement was also damaged. So between 2 damaged ones I got the bed done but not very professional at all one being broken is bad enough but 2 is obviously a manufacture issue. Bed once together is lovely.. Shell.
