How Do I Place An Order?

We want you to feel as secure buying through as possible, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order:

Order online! - When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day.

Call us! - Our sales and service team is ready to place your order over the phone. You can reach us at 0800-1690423, Mon-Fri, 08:00-19:00, Sat-Sun 08:30-17:00 GMT.

What Are My Payment Options?

Credit / Debit Cards

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.


Simply login to your PayPal account to easily use the funding sources available on your account (including PayPal Credit).

After the first purchase made with PayPal, your payment preferences are saved to make it easier to place new orders in the future. In this way, you don’t have to visit the PayPal site and login every time... making the checkout process simpler and faster!

If you desire to change the account you want to use to pay with PayPal or change your funding source to better fit your needs (e.g. choose a different credit card, or using PayPal Credit), you can easily do that by clicking on “Update How You’ll Pay with PayPal” at checkout.

You can also visit to view and modify your saved PayPal preferences (including the default funding choice) for Wayfair and any other merchants.

Klarna Payment Options

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer the following payment options (payment is to be made to Klarna):

Pay Later (invoice 30 days)

The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the this payment method in the United Kingdom is available here.

Pay Later in 3 instalments

Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. Slice it

With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. The payment methods Pay later and Slice It are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. Purchase Orders and Net Terms

We will happily accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organisations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. Please call us on 0800-1690423 to set up an account.

Store Credit

We happily accept Store Credit issued from any Wayfair site. Store credit may only be used from the account to which it was originally. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Learn More.

Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from" and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account. For instructions on how to review your completed order and print a receipt, please see "Printing A Receipt."

Using Promotional Codes

Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. (Please note, many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase.)

Printing A Receipt:

  • Click on the "Print Receipt" link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
  • If you have more than one order that has shipped, the next page will display a list of these orders for you.
  • Next to each order is a printer icon; it is located under "Share." Simply click that icon to print a copy of your order.
