Got a 4hour time slot the morning of the delivery (better than just anytime Between 8am -7pm). Delivery guys gave me a call when they were 10mins away. The delivery guys were very polite and made the drop off of the sofa bed quick and easy. Sofa bed looks great! Very firm but still comfy. I think it needs to be quite firm or it will just sag. Perfect for what we need!
