It's beautiful and strong enough to take a weight of about 100kg comfortably, it can be used for sitting stool or footstool...however it's slightly too big and takes more space in the house

This was great! Sturdier than many others I’ve seen and a good price point. Love mine, wish it came in more bright colours, as would be nice as an accent in a room (e.g hot pink, teal etc)

I bought this mainly to use as a foot rest, and while it’s the right height and width, it does feel a bit hard underfoot after a few minutes. In hindsight, I probably should’ve gone for a proper footstool for more comfort. That said, as a storage piece it does the job well – sturdy and practical, with enough space inside. Overall, it’s a decent multi-purpose buy, just not ideal if comfort is your top priority.
